Special needs: Request accessibility assistance, refrigeration for meds, mobility devices, or sign‑language support.
Celebrations: Tell us about birthdays/anniversaries so we can note it with suppliers.
Loyalty programs: Add your airline/cruise/park memberships and Known Traveler Number to all reservations.
Dining & activities windows: Note dates to reserve dining, shows, spa, excursions, kids club, and check‑in.
